Our History
Since 2012, our food truck has been hitting the streets of southwest Va., serving up delicious versions of comfort classics such as our Authentic Cheesesteak, Award Winning Burgers, BBQ and Gourmet Tacos. Owner/Executive Chef Charlie Hamill spent 20 years playing guitar all over the map...then earned a culinary degree in 2010 and hit the road w a new food truck. In 2017 he opened a brick and mortar Diner in Roanoke. After surviving 7 years, covid and employee nightmares, he has returned to food trucking and catering.
Our Ingredients
We use the BEST meats, breads and veggies available. All of our sauces are housemade. We cook everything fresh to order, and expect our customers to be amazed by the quality of our food every time!! Anything less is unacceptable!!
Hours and Locations
The majority of what we do is private events either with the food truck or traditional catering. We also do concerts, breweries, festivals, office parties and much more.
